Art Scene Warehouse starts its Z Artists gallery, which tackles Western influences on practical issues in China and focuses on artists whose surnames start with the letter Z: ZHANG JIE, ZHONG BIAO, ZHOU FAN, ZHOU WEIHUA, ZOU TAO, ZHU WEI. The exhibition runs until March 31.

Art educator Sheila Greenspan helps us all develop our skills in looking at contemporary art. Even if you don't have an art background, you'll be taught the visual literacy skills that'll help you know what everyone's going on about when they're looking at that black blob on a white canvas.
